HER Collective Member Application
We are thrilled to announce that membership to the HER Collective is now open until June 15, 2025! If you are a Black woman in the Richmond area aged 25-50 who is passionate a fostering Honest + Empowered Relationships and making a positive impact in our community, we encourage you to apply.
Before submitting your application, please take a moment to review our FAQs to learn more about our organization, membership costs, commitments, and other important details. This will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of what it means to be part of the HER Collective. This is one of the few times we get to learn about you, so we encourage you to be thoughtful in your responses. Your application helps us understand how you might align with the Collective and what you’re hoping to gain and give within this space.

The membership application period for the HER Collective runs from June 2 at 12:01 AM to June 15 at 11:59 PM. All applications must be submitted within this time frame to be considered. New members are chosen based on a pre-defined rubric and are voted on by current members. Notifications for those selected will be sent by early July.
